What we collect
When you subscribe to hiring alerts, we collect your email address and your company watchlist preferences. We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data.
How we use it
Your email address is used solely to send you hiring signal alerts for the companies you choose to follow, and the confirmation email required to activate your subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.
Email sending
Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Your email address is transmitted to Resend for the purpose of delivery only.
Data retention
We retain your email and preferences until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that permanently deletes your data.
Job posting data
All job data displayed on TalNexis is sourced from public job boards. We do not store or process any personal data about job applicants or employees.
