TalNexis monitors public job boards from 42 leading technology companies — including Anthropic, Nvidia, OpenAI, Stripe, and Databricks — and surfaces meaningful signals about where these companies are investing, expanding, and reshaping their teams.

Every day, our data pipeline fetches job postings directly from public career pages via Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday APIs. Jobs are classified by function (AI/ML, Security, Compliance, Hardware, and more) and analyzed for shifts: new categories, geographic expansion, hiring surges, and sudden pullbacks.

When we detect a meaningful change — a company suddenly hiring aggressively in a new area, or pulling back from a category entirely — we surface it as a signal and notify subscribers who are watching that company.

Data methodology

All data is sourced exclusively from public job postings. We do not access private data, internal systems, or any non-public information. Job counts, categories, and signals reflect only what companies have chosen to post publicly on their career pages.

Classification is done using a rules-based system trained on job titles and descriptions. Signal detection uses 30-day rolling windows to identify statistically meaningful changes in hiring patterns.
